The summer is almost over, but what have you done this summer?
There are a few more warm nights to come before the autumn rain and wind and all the stormes come in.
Do you feel this summer was complete and your advetures were huge? Maybe we are missing out this summer, but we get a last chance. Go out and do something before the weather is changing and it’s getting dark way too early.
Go out and have a BBQ with all your friends in your garden and light up a bonfire while watching the stars. And there are still some shooting stars out there as well. Dance around the fire and enjoy some smores and have a few drinks.
Buy the food at your local farmers market before all the fields are getting brown and empty again. Learn about the veggies and fruits which are getting ripe and ready to eat right now. Cook a dinner out of them and enjoy it outside on your balcony, in your garden or at a picnic.
Mix up refreshing drinks for the last days of summer by your own while using the regional fruits.
Drive to the beach and camp out there. Have a swim in the sea or a lake before it’s getting to fresh. Let your hair dry by the wind and feel the sun on your skin.
Go on a hike or a walk at some hills or mountains before the first snow falls at the higher places. And wait for the trees to colour their leaves. Enjoy the last wild flowers and feed some bees and humble bees some sugar water so they can visit the flowers a few days more in the end of summer.
Have a nap outside maybe in your sleeping back just under the stars and without a tent or in a hammock and enjoy the last warm breath.
Catch a last festival, an open air concert or an open air movie night and enjoy it with your friends while dancing and laughing your heart out.
Check your summer bucket list, what is still open for an adventure?
Feel free to follow what adventures I am up to on the last days of summer.
Sending some love,
